RFWF Fills Gaps with Dental Care

The Dental Program is for low-income adults who have a serious dental problem (such as pain or an abscessed or broken tooth) and no dental insurance (private or Medicaid coverage) or the financial means to pay for care at this time.

History

Since 2011, Rainier Foothills Wellness Foundation has teamed up with local dentists to provide dental care to low-income adults and homeless who have urgent dental needs and lack insurance or a way to pay for treatment. Local dentists volunteer their time and resources to meet the emergency needs of more than 350 patients.
