Rene’ Popke, Executive Director

Rene’ began working for the Foundation in March 2011, as the Foundation’s first Executive Director.  She was raised in Enumclaw, graduated from Enumclaw High School in 1991, and went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications/Public Relations from Western Washington University.  Rene’ has coordinated many events for the City of Enumclaw including the Enumclaw Street Fair, Oktoberfest, Festival of Crafts and Chocolate & Wine Festival.  Rene’ has volunteered in the Enumclaw Community since 1998.  She married her high school sweetheart, Ryan, and they have three sons.

Mary Kuipers, Office Manager

Mary joined the Rainier Foothills Wellness Foundation in August 2018 as the Office Manager.  She was raised in Enumclaw, graduated from Enumclaw High School in 2004 and subsequently has enjoyed working and volunteering locally throughout the foothills area. Mary is passionate about serving the community that she lives in and is thrilled to do so with Rainier Foothills Wellness Foundation. When not in the office, you can find Mary and her small family in the woods, enjoying all that the beautiful Pacific Northwest has to offer.

Greta Huntley, Integrated Student Support Planning Coordinator

Greta joined the Rainier Foothills Wellness Foundation in August 2018 as the Integrated Student Support Coordinator, leading an initiative in partnership with community middle schools. Prior to joining The Foundation, Greta spent a decade working as an elementary and middle school counselor. She also has a background in public relations and marketing, and spent several years working a full-scale, communications agency before earning her Masters in Education. She and her husband are both Washington natives and have two small children.

Amy Trachte, Mental Health Community Project Manager

Amy joined RFWF in February 2018. Her background includes teaching and  pharmaceutical sales. She is involved with Southwood Elementary School PTA and event planning with the Enumclaw Schools Foundation. Amy is currently an Enumclaw Fire Commissioner. She has two young boys who are very involved in local activities.  You can usually find Amy and her husband at the ballfield most nights of the week.

Monica Robbins, Community Drug-Free Prevention Manager

Monica Robbins joined our team in June 2016, as the Youth Substance Abuse Coordinator. With more than 20 years of experience, Monica manages the Drug Free Communities Grant and provides leadership for the Foothills Drug Free Coalition
